This contest is organised by Martec Trading Ltd, Bubenbergstrasse 11, CH-8045 Zurich.
Participation in the contest is free of charge. Participation is effected by registration for the contest and activation of the checkbox with the advertising consents in favour of Martec Trading Ltd and the contest sponsors.

3. eligible participants
Entitled to participate are all persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of their participation, participate from a location located in Switzerland and have their permanent residence and stay in Switzerland. Employees, authorised agents, successors in title and representatives of the organizer as well as all advertising agencies and event companies involved in the event and the execution of the contest and their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.

Prerequisite for the effective participation in the contest is the indication of the necessary participation data (cf. No. 2) in the electronic registration form. Please note that only participants with complete records will be entered in the draw. Participation in the contest does not depend on the purchase of goods, the use of remunerated services and/or the payment of connection fees and/or user charges to the organizer or other companies involved in the organisation of the contest. There will be no correspondence about the contest.

Participation in the contest is only possible in your own name. Playing along with straw men is not allowed. Each participant may only take part once. Multiple entries lead to exclusion from the contest. The same applies to the entry of false or foreign data (name, address, e-mail address).
6. Deadline for submittals/Profit calculation
The closing date communicated at the contest shall apply. The draw takes place after the end of the contest.
7. dividend distribution
The winners will be notified by e-mail, post or telephone. The winnings payment is subject to residence in Switzerland. Non-monetary prizes will be sent to the address given at registration.

9. Exclusion from participation
The organizer reserves the right to exclude other persons from participation in addition to the group of persons mentioned in No. 3, if an exclusion is objectively justified. The revocation can be made at any time by e-mail to email@example.com or by post (Martec Handels AG, contest kik. swiss, Bubenbergstrasse 11, CH-8045 Zürich). Martec Trading Ltd will process and use the data electronically in compliance with the current Swiss Data Protection Act. The data will only be stored by Martec Trading Ltd for as long as necessary within the scope of this agreement in compliance with applicable law. 15. Final provisions
Should any provision of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The contest is subject exclusively to Swiss law.
